Shipping and Handling

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within one business day.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays).  Please note: Saturday delivery is not available at this time.

Gallery Dept. is pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders!

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.  

Sizing

Our jeans fit true to size.  The Indiana, Sid, and 5001 all sit higher on the waist with a slim, fitted leg.  All styles are 100% cotton and do not contain any stretch material.  They should feel tight at first and will loosen up the more you wear them.

Returns/Exchanges

We accept return for exchanges within 7 days from the time you receive your item.  Simply contact us at 5000@gallerydepartment.com and we will take care of it.
